Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle but powerful massage which works on the lymphatic system so is beneficial for Oedema, Sinus problems, ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Migraines, Hayfever/Allergies, Pre and Post Surgery, Cellulite, Digestive disorders, Acne and Rosacea or those with a low immune system. MLD can be used alongside treatments for some Cancers with doctor’s permission.
