At Purple Turtle Therapy we understand that sometimes you have to change or cancel your appointment, therefore we do not charge for appointments that are cancelled by telephone at least four hours before the appointment time. We do however charge the full rate for missed appointments or appointments which are cancelled with less than four hours notice.
