Relaxation, Stress Reduction and Wellbeing Workshop with Limeflower Wellbeing

Clare’s Wellbeing Workshop is a time for you to forget about the outside world and relax in a calm and supportive environment with like-minded people.

I am a wellbeing coach and hypnotherapist. I specialise in supporting clients to reduce stress and overwhelm and teach relaxation techniques to support emotional wellbeing.

The techniques I use in this wellbeing workshop are based on mindfulness, relaxation techniques, hypnotherapy and incorporating neurolinguistic programming. This is to help you to relax, reframe your mindset, build resilience and reset.

Feel calm and peaceful after letting go to the gentle guided visualisations; using relaxation and mindfulness techniques which enable you to drift off into a peaceful ‘state’.

You will develop your own ”wellbeing toolkit” of relaxation techniques to take away with you to use in your daily life to support your emotional wellbeing.

There is never a more important time than now, to give yourself the gift of self-care and time out.

Schedule of the Workshop

The format of the morning includes:

  • Introduction to wellbeing and the benefits of relaxation techniques
  • 5-minute grounding visualisation
  • Discussion on the impact of the fight/flight/freeze response and how to release feel good chemicals to counteract this
  • Information given on wellbeing tips and tools to reduce stress with practical exercises
  • 5-minute guided visualisation to help you relax and reset

Break and refreshments

  • 5 minute -energy building exercise
  • Discussion on the importance of having a healthy mindset and the impact of our thoughts on our wellbeing
  • Practical exercises based on neuro-linguistic programming to reframe our mindset
  • Discussion on perception, gratitude and finding silver linings
  • 20-minute relaxation for stress reduction, self-care and wellbeing
  • Reflections and closing of the workshop

This is a small workshop, for up to 15 people.

Investment £30 per person

I provide chairs/mats/cushions/blankets and refreshments.
